Andre Prince, Director, Strategy Finance and Operations, MorganFranklin Consulting
Andre, a certified CPA, has over twenty years of experience in business finance, audit, assurance, process improvement and risk mitigation. In his current role with MorganFranklin Consulting, Andre focuses on evaluating strategy, finance and operational capabilities and recommending improvement initiatives and roadmaps. Lead assessments across people, process, technology, and data enablers. Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction techniques. Support the vision, integration, and realization of new operating models and initiatives. Provide program management support. Redesign performance management processes, related reporting and implement scorecards and performance metric programs.
Andre received his Bachelor of Arts, Accounting from University of Miami- School of Business, and then received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Michael E. Smith, Rear Admiral, US Navy (Ret)
Mike Smith has over twenty years of senior executive experience building successful teams, managing transformational change and leading a range of highly technical and diverse organizations. He is a driven and collaborative executive who dedicated his career to identifying innovative and logical solutions to previously insurmountable challenges. With an Ocean Engineering degree and graduate level education in nuclear engineering, Mike spent 32 years in the U.S. Navy successfully planning, executing and leading change. In November, 2014 Mike joined Burdeshaw Associates, a premier U.S. and global consulting firm. He was awarded the Bronze Star for action during combat, is a fellow of MIT’s Seminar XXI program and has a Master’s in International Negotiations.
Kevin Stoy, Director of External Partnerships and Living Learning Community, George Mason University
Kevin Stoy is the Director of External Partnerships and Living Learning Community (LLC) Coordinator for the Honors College at George Mason University. He also teaches a leadership course each fall semester (University 333) and a research course (Honors 312) each spring. Prior to joining the Honors College team, he served as a writing instructor in Mason’s School of Business, and for five years as the marketing coordinator in Mason’s study abroad office. He is a proud alum of the University of Michigan.
